O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The main ground on which, the review is sought for is that the order rejecting No Objection Certificate was communicated to the Oil Company namely, the 2nd respondent in the Writ Appeal and that was suppressed. In proof of such service, the despatch register has been produced. The despatch register, which is a record maintained by the review petitioners in their Office cannot prove service of notice on the respondents.
2. Hence, in the absence of proof of service of notice and service of 2/4
proceedings dated 30.10.2021 on the Writ Petitioner or the Oil Company, we cannot entertain the review petition. This Review Petition is therefore, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
