This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 3.8.2016 and to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to disburse the portion of the benefit amount to the Petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. A Mediation Report has also been filed before this Court, to that effect. 4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of Mediation Report. The said Mediation Report shall form part of the order. No costs.
