ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.26 of 2018. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 09.08.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.26 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the Court below requests further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing the case in Spl.S.C.No.26 of 2018.
