ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4628 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4665 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 28 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4628 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4665 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
