Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.54/2017/Thu.Vu.The.Ku, dated 31.01.2017 and the consequential impugned order in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.54/2017/Thu.Vu.The.Ku, dated 10.03.2017 and quash the same as illegal and in violation of provision of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to the order dated 31.01.2017 and consequential order dated 10.03.2017 passed by the second respondent and quash the same, by way of issuing a writ of certiorari.

2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended to the effect that after receipt of the notice mentioned in the petition, the petitioner has sent his application dated 17.03.2017 to the second respondent.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has also conceded that on 17.03.2017, an application has been received from the petitioner. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. 5.In fine, the second respondent is strictly directed to dispose of the application dated 17.03.2017 within a period of seven days. The petitioner is at liberty to produce relevant documents before the second respondent.
