The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 21.09.2021 as against the proceedings of the Commissioner of Food Safety and Drug Administration in R.No.4323/2018/S1/FSD, dated 05.08.2021. 2/5

3. Since the appeal is still pending, it would be appropriate to direct the first respondent to dispose it of expeditiously, within the stipulated time.

4. In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 21.09.2021 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three (3) months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
