ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.07.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.134 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute attacked the de-facto complainant with aruval and caused severe injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent person and a false case has been foisted against him. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner from 25.07.2018. As such, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sankarankovil.
