ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice No. L1/05035/2026 dated 15.05.2026.

2.The learned Counsel for the State would submit that survey has been conducted in the presence of the petitioner and it was found that there was an encroachment.
3.Per contra, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondents, while conducting the survey, had taken into consideration only the patta measurements and failed to consider the sale deed standing in the name of the petitioner. 4.In such view of the matter, a fresh survey shall be conducted in the presence of the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to produce all relevant documents, including the sale deed. On production of such documents, the authorities shall consider the same, conduct the survey in the presence of all concerned parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
