ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J) This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to secure, safeguard and ensure proper administration of the 22nd respondent temple properties by considering the petitioner's representations dated 11.03.2026 and 10.05.2026.

2. When the matter came up for admission, learned counsel for the 23rd respondent, on written instructions, would submit that a committee has been formed under the Assistant Commissioner, Dindigul, to inspect all the properties of the temple and to take steps to protect the same and after receipt of the report from the committee within three days, further action will be taken in this regard.

3. Recording the same and directing the respondents to ensure all such steps to protect all the properties of the temple, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
