Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to give permission to the petitioner to conduct Kabadi tournament from 25.03.2017 at 07.00 p.m. to 26.03.2017 till 10.00 a.m. at Nattarkulam Petchiamman Kovil, Thoothukudi District with light and sound by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2017. For Petitioner : Mr.A.Mohamed Yusuf For Respondents : Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for conducting Kabadi Tournament in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents. 3.It is seen from the records that on 16.03.2017 the petitioner has given a representation, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the third respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 16.03.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of two days.
