ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to issue the look out circular notice against the accused persons on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 17.03.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the criminal proceedings are pending against the petitioner's husband, he is trying to leave India to escape from the clutches of law. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 17.03.2022, to the Deputy Commissioner, South Region, Trichy. Till now no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by petitioner, an FIR in Crime No.4 of 2022 has been 2/4

registered, for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(1) IPC, for the same investigation is in progress.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 17.03.2022, on merit and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
