For Respondent : Mr.T.Senthilkumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory bail in Crime No.505 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(a) and 4(1)(A) of Tamilnadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.505 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 03.07.2021 at about 11.00 am., the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 129 TASMAC liquor bottles each containing 180ml, near Kalpalayam North Street Police Station. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.13260 of 2021 5.Considering the nature of offences levelled against the petitioner and considering the fact that the petitioner is having previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
