ORDER
The petitioner, claims to be a daily wage worker, in respect of the house constructed in the land owned by him at Kadayam Village, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, has applied for electricity service connection with the respondent. As demanded by the respondent, he also paid a sum of Rs.43,970/- towards electricity service connection charges by submitting the Plan Approval, House Tax Receipt, Title Deed and also 'No Objection Certificate' from the neighbouring owners. Despite the same, the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.04.2016, having not been considered by this Court, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even after submitting all the relevant documents and more than three months have gone by, the respondent has not provided the electricity service connection for the reasons best known to him. Hence, he prays for an appropriate direction from this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the pending representation will be considered in due course. 4.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has already remitted the electricity service connection charges as required by the respondent and also enclosed the relevant documents, the said authority is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.04.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
