O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action based on the complaint dated 15.02.2017 within a time frame . 2.Mr.R.Raja, the Special Sub Inspector of Police is present before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Police submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a regular case in Crime No.209 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) and also Exorbitant Interest Act has been registered against one Shanmugam and Subbuthaai.
