CRL MP(MD). No.8599 of 2022 This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12019 of 2022 dated 05.07.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court and now he is ready to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3 In view of the same, time already granted by this Court vide order dated 05.07.2022 is extended for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order , failing which the order shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this court.
