ORDER
This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.06.2022 and reminder dated 16.07.2022 and direct the second respondent to take necessary action against the third respondent within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on 29.05.2022 one Sebasthiyar, S/o.Robert, who is residing in his colony passed away. During his funeral procession, the third respondent, who is organizing the funeral ceremony of deceased Sebasthiyar, trespassed into the petitioner's land despite of having regular route to reach the burial ground and he demolished the petitioner's compound wall and other places. Hence, he gave a complaint before the respondent police, but so far the respondent police have not taken any action. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the respondent police received the complaint from the petitioner and C.S.R.148 of 2022 was given and it is under enquiry.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry upon the complaint, dated 09.06.2022 and take suitable action on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
