The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 25.01.2016 to the third respondent, seeking a direction to the respondents herein not to interfere with the rights of the members of the petitioner's recreation club, which has not yet been considered by the third respondent. approached this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 25.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, in the light of the order dated 21.06.2016 passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.10429 of 2016. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
