Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to grant permission to perform Light Music programmes perform by "Vaigaipudhur Arulmigu Sri Manthai Amman Thirukovil" scheduled to be held on 05.04.2017 in connection with the "Vaikasi Peruvizha" at Vaigaipudhur Arulmigu Sri Manthai Amman Tirukovil at "Vaigaipudhur" and consider the petitioner's representations on 02.03.2017 and 13.03.2017. [Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for conducting Light Music Programme in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents. 3.It is seen from the records that on 02.03.2017 and 13.03.2017 the petitioner has given representations, but the same have not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the second respondent is directed to look into the representations dated 02.03.2017 and 13.03.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of two days.
