ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 11.09.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(a) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.928 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the occurrence took place on 11.09.2018 for which pursuant to a complaint given by the respondent police, F.I.R. was registered on the same day itself wherein he would allege that on the date of occurrence along with his police party, on receipt an information has made a search on the house of the petitioner in which he found that the petitioner was in possession of 120 numbers of brandy bottles in which each of the bottle contained 180 ml. of alcoholic liquor. After opening of one of the bottle, as there was an emanation of a bad odor, he came to an impression that probably the petitioner might have put certain poisons substance which made him to register an F.I.R. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that no previous case is pending against the petitioner.

11.09.2018. As such, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul District.
