ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to give educational loan to the petitioner's daughter M.Nivetha to enable her to continue and complete B.E (Environmental Engineering) course. 2.Heard Mr.S.Arunachalam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Dilipkumar, learned Standing Counsel who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is intended to obtained educational loan from the second respondent, but, the second respondent did not even issue application for applying educational loan. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed for the relief stated supra.
4.When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that they will issue application for educational and consider the application of the petitioner as per the IBA guidelines and pass orders.

5.In the above circumstances, the second respondent is directed to issue application for education loan to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such application from the petitioner, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
