When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed in the criminal original petition has been complied with by filing final report on 11.07.2022 before the Judicial Magistrate No.3, Nagercoil. The above said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
