Respondent No.2/Defacto Complainant Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of C.P.C.,to call for the records of the impugned FIR in Crime No.32 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police dated 04.04.2023 and to quash the same as illegal and for consequential orders . ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.R.Laxman, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.B.Nambiselvan, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: "This petition has been listed today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.Report has been received from the trial court stating that so far no final report has been filed. So the above said order dated 23.06.2023 is Recalled.

3.Registry is directed to restore the above said petition to the file and list the matter for hearing on 01.08.2023. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while moving anticipatory bail before the Vacation Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.77 of 2023, the petitioner deposited the amount which is involved in the above said subject matter. On that ground he wants interim order.
