Heard both sides.
2.By consent, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. No counter is filed on behalf of the Respondents.
4. According to the Petitioner, he made an application for survey of his land before the Respondent's Office and paid necessary survey fee. He had produced all documents before the Respondent / Tahsildar, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. Once again, he made an application before the District Revenue Officer, Madurai, on 23.06.2016. The District Revenue Officer, Madurai, had directed the Petitioner to approach the Respondent. Accordingly, the Petitioner had approached the Respondent / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Tahsildar, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District and paid necessary survey fee. Therefore, he sent a representation, on 10.08.2016, addressed to the Respondent / Tahsildar, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, in regard to survey of his land.

Considering the fact that the Petitioner's representation, dated 10.08.2016, addressed to the the Respondent / Tahsildar, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, is pending, without any progress, as on date and also this Court taking note of the fact that the Petitioner had moved this Court on nascent stage viz., 18.08.2016 and also considering the attendant facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits and contents of the representation of the Petitioner, dated 10.08.2016, simpliciter, directs the Respondent / Tahsildar, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, to look into the representation of the Petitioner, dated 10.08.2016, and to dispose of the same, on merits (Of-course, after providing necessary opportunity to the Petitioner and others concerned, by following the principles of natural justice), within a period of six weeks. The Petitioner is directed to lend his assistance and co-operation to the Respondent, so as to enable later to dispose of his representation, dated 10.08.2016, within the time determined by this Court.
6.With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
