PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 07.04.2025, passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4617 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.695 of 2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4617 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.695 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 11 weeks.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4617 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.695 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025, is 2/3
