Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to carry out the correction in respect of the petitioner's date of birth as 10.11.1990 in SSLC and HSC Mark Statement for the examination held on March 2005 and March 2007 (Registrar Nos.097426, 167554) based on petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2023.

ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to carry out the correction in respect of her date of birth as 10.11.1990 in SSLC and HSC Mark Statement for the examination held on March 2005 and March 2007 (Registrar Nos.097426, 167554) based on her representation dated 11.12.2023.

2. Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned 2/4

Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 and after dispensing with the notice to the fifth respondent and dispensing with the counter, based on the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2023 will be considered and disposed of by the fourth respondent on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
