This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Court, Tenkasi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.59 of 2014 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3.The petitioner is the first defendant in O.S.No.59 of 2014 filed by the respondents 1 and 2 herein / plaintiffs herein for recovery of money. According to the petitioner, the suit is pending from the year 2014 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 4.Considering the fact that the suit is more than 10 years old, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.59 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
