Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to revise the petitioners pay in the post of checking inspector with retrospective effect from 30/06/2015 in terms of government order in G.O.Ms.No.61, Transport (c) Department dated 30/04/2015 and as per the settlements dated 13/04/2015 and 04/01/2018 and further directing the respondents to pay him the difference amount in his salary from 01/07/2015 to 31/03/2017 and to pay difference in the petitioner's retirement benefits including difference in monthly pension, gratuity, leave 1/3

Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.19577 of 2018, dated 11.09.2018, the petitioner has preferred the present Contempt Petition, to punish the contemnors.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsels appearing on either side would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
