This petition has been filed for extension of time to complete the investigation and file the final report in CBCID, Trichy (Cr No.5/2017) as directed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.9708/2023 in Crl OP(MD) No.3709/2021, dated 14.03.2025.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, time granted by this Court, vide order, dated 14.03.2025, made in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.9708/2023 in Crl OP(MD) No. 3709/2021, is extended for a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
