Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order issue by the 2nd respondent herein in A.thi.Mu.File No.2847/A4/2018 dated 31.05.2018, quash the same, and further Direct the 1st respondent herein to approve forthwith the appointment of the petitioner as BT Assistant (Social Science) in the 3rd respondent school from 02.04.2018 onwards with salary and other attendant benefits.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders passed by this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.15658 of 2018 dated 18.07.2018.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and in support of her contention, she produced a photocopy of the order passed by the Chief Educational Officer, Kanyakumari District in Na.Ka.No.13096/,2/2018 dated 24.07.2019 whereby the request of the petitioner has been rejected.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the reason stated in the said order rejecting the plea of the petitioner cannot be sustained.

4. Be that as it may, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order. So far as this contempt is concerned, the orders of this Court has been complied with. Recording the same, this Contempt petition is closed.
