ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to call for the records connected with the order of termination dated 01.03.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal, consequently, directing the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner as Tamil Post Graduate Teacher in the 2nd respondent school.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry to that effect.
