This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1174 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant the case has been registered against the petitioner/A3 and other accused persons in Crime No. 1174 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 324, 364, 307, 382 and 302 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner/A3 is that even after lapse of one year, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police seeks two months time to complete the investigation and file a final report.
