Heard both sides.
2.By consent, the main Writ Petitions itself are taken up for final disposal.
3. No counter is filed on behalf of the Respondents.
4. According to the Petitioners, they do not have any own property in their names. In fact, the Petitioners are living in an ancestral house, which is in dilapidated condition. Also, it is represented that their brother Rajendran Chingaravelu, with their permission, had rebuilt their ancestral house, with his own funds, around the year 1996.

The main grievance of the Petitioners is that despite numerous representations, dated 17.03.2016, 06.06.2016 and 28.06.2016, addressed to the First Respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District, the Petitioners have not able to see a positive result in their favour, as regards the representations so addressed by them to the said First Respondent. Hence, they have preferred the present Writ Petitions before this Court.

Considering the fact that the Petitioners had addressed a last Representation, dated 28.06.2016, to the First Respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District, and also this Court taking note of the other representations of the Petitioners beginning from 17.03.2016 till 06.06.2016, at this stage, this Court, without delving deep into the merits and contents of the representations of the Petitioners', dated 28.06.2016, simpliciter, directs the First Respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District, to look into the representation of the Petitioners, dated 28.06.2016, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the First Respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District, is to pass a reasoned speaking order, on merits, (Of-course, after providing necessary opportunity to the Petitioners and others concerned, by following the principles of natural justice), within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

It is open to the First Respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District, to call for necessary records from the Petitioners or to seek any certified copy of records relevant to the decision being arrived at in regard to the representation of the Petitioners, dated 28.06.2016 and in this regard, the First Respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District, shall issue a Memo / Notice to the Petitioners, requiring them to submit the same within a time frame to be determined by him. Soon after receipt of necessary records / copy of the documents, the First Respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District, shall pass necessary orders, based on the representation of the Petitioners, dated 28.06.2016, within the time adumbrated by this Court, as stated supra. The Petitioners are directed to lend their assistance and cooperation to the First Respondent, so as to enable him to do the needful, within the time determined by this Court.
8.With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
