ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R, in Crime No. 4 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent would submit that investigation is completed and final report has been made ready and sent for opinion.

3. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this quash petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, this dismissal shall not stand in the way of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners to challenge the final report to be filed by the respondent police, if they are so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
