Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.JEGANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.GOKUL, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to 1/3

withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.3,80,000/- in S.T.C.No.78 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Level Theni. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent are present before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to allow this petition and he has also filed a counter affidavit.
