ORDER

Seeking for a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Cook based on the interview conducted by the respondents, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on both sides and perused materials available on record.

3.According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, as the second respondent called the petitioner to attend the interview for the post of Cook / Sweeper, the petitioner has attended the said interview. After the completion of interview process, no appointment has been made. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents seeking appointment. However, the respondents have not taken any steps in this regard. Hence, the present writ petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the interview, none was appointed and the respondents have decided to go for fresh selection process.

5.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to participate in the future selection process. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
