*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment committed in respect of the Wakf property in Survey No.638/28 (Old Survey No.524) measure an extent of 67 1⁄4 cents in Pottalputhoor Village, Tirunelveli District.

2.He gave a representation dated 07.01.2016. This Court directs the first respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
