ORDER

Heard Mr.M.P.Dhamodaran for the petitioner, Mr.I.Murugesan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the 1st Respondent and Mr.D.Nallathambi, learned Counsel for the 2nd Respondent.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.256 of 2022 on the file of the 1st Respondent, in respect of the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the case has been investigated and the final report was filed on 15.07.2022.

4. In view of the above, the petition seeking to quash the FIR is not maintainable, as the matter has become infructuous. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
