PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned memo issued by the 3rd respondent dated 10.09.2018 in Na.Ka.No.41234/2018/L7 and to quash the same and consequentially direct the Respondents 1 to 4 to issue free patta to the petitioner under the schedule Caste welfare scheme for the land situated in Survey no.108/3, is having extent of 0.89.0 Ares situated at Madurai North Taluk, Siruvalai Vilage within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.
