ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 26.08.2018 for the offence punishable under Section 394 of IPC in Crime No.212 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 23.08.2018, the petitioner snatched the de-facto complainant's gold chain. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent person and a false case has been foisted against him. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.
6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner from 26.08.2018. As such, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two blood relative sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi.
