ORDER

The writ petition is filed to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from taking any further proceedings including recovery, bank attachment, consequent upon the order dated 22.10.2025 till the disposal of the petitioner's rectification petition dated 26.11.2025.

2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the respondents would dispose of the rectification petition filed by the petitioner dated 26.11.2025 within a period of three months from today.

3. Considering the nature of submissions made, let there not be attachment of bank account of the petitioner till the disposal of the rectification petition dated 26.11.2025.
