ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.322 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor as against the petitioner herein.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that the defacto complainant died on 24.04.2020 and he also produced copy of the death certificate of the defacto complainant. That apart, the windmill company also filed no objection certificate to quash the proceedings. However, the defacto complainant/R2 died and steps was not taken to implead the legal representatives.

3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
