Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Auction Notification in Na.Ka.No.67/2017/A3, dated 30.01.2017 issued by the 2nd Respondent in so far as Serial No.2, Shop No.16 of the Petitioner is concerned and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to extent the lease period for another three years by fixing 15% higher rent to the Petitioner's Shop by considering his Representation dated 11.01.2017.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
