ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SAM EUGINE JEBAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.SAKTHIVEL, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount deposited by the first respondent to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.43 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Subordinate Judge, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

C.M.P(MD)No.7048 of 2022 Ramanathapuram and transferred to the credit of C.M.A(MD) No.580 of 2020 before the Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court with its entire accrued interest, without furnishing any security. 2.The learned counsel for the first respondent/Insurance Company has no objection for allowing this petition. 3.In view of the above, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to transfer the amount deposited in CMA(MD) No.580 of 2020 before the Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court with its entire accrued interest and deposit the same to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.43 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited with proportionate accrued interest and costs, by filing appropriate application before the Tribunal.
