ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 IPC in Crime No.84 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to urgent need of money, the defacto complainant approached the accused person, who is running finance company, for obtaining loan. The accused person also received a sum of Rs.10,25,000/- from the defacto complainant for stamp papers and thereafter, the accused cheated the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.
3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record.

much required in this case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
