ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of the Writ of Madamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action as against the 4th respondent and permit the petitioner and his community people to participate in the festival conducted by the 4th respondent at Sri Selva Vinayagar and Sri Devi Karumariyamman Thirukovil, Narivillampatti, Kambiliyanpatti Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that already the festival was over. It is submitted that the official respondents tried to bring the parties for some consensus. But it could not be 2/4

arrived at. Since the festival is over, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
