ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to issue a house tax receipt, considering his representation, dated 29.07.2016.
2.Today, Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that already the second respondent passed an order, rejecting the request of the petitioner and he has also produced the copy of the order.
3.In view of the same, nothing remains for adjudication in the Writ Petition and it has become infructuous, as the second respondent has already passed the order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
