ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to produce the person or body of the petitioner's husband Justinraj, S/o.Vargeesh, 42 years old before this Court and hand over his custody to the petitioner.
2.Today, when the case was taken up for hearing, the respondent police have produced the detenu, namely, Justinraj. He has stated that due to some misunderstanding, he left his home and resided at Tiruppur for sometime and now realizing the mistake, he has returned back home and joined with the petitioner herein, who is his wife. The petitioner is also present before this Court, who would also endorse the said statement.
3. In view of the same, as the detenu joined with the petitioner herein, no further orders is required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. (R.S.K.,J.) (K.K.R.K.,J.) 30.06.2023 2/4Page 2 of 4
