ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed by the wife to transfer H.M.O.P.No. 939 of 2025, on the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai, to the Sub Court, Tiruchendur, Thoothukudi 1/4

District.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that she is not working and she is not in a sound financial position. Moreover, she has to take care of her parents. Further, she is not having good health due to IVF treatment and the parents are also not having good health. Hence, she is seeking to transfer the case from Chennai to Tiruchendur. 3.Accepting the contentions of the petitioner, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
