ORDER

In view of the fact that pursuant to the cause of action shown in the complaint, dated 26.04.2019, given by the petitioner, a case was registered by the respondent police in Crime No.64 of 2019 and a final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi on 05.08.2020 and the final report is yet to be taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

2.In view of the above fact, this writ petition is disposed of, since the grievance of the petitioner has been investigated and culminated in filing a final report. No costs.
