SAM EUGINE JEBAKUMAR.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10678 of 2021 dated 05.08.2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unable to arrange sureties in time as directed and therefore prayed for extension of time.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
